Jeff Johnson

Founder & CEO

Jeff Johnson founded Eagle Cleaning in 2001. Before launching Eagle Cleaning, Jeff served as Director of Business Development for a regional facility management company and previously held sales and management roles with Pfizer and Walt Disney.

Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Nichols College.

What Jeff enjoys most is the day-to-day challenge of growing and continually improving the company. He works closely with his management team and has built an employee-driven culture

centered on the belief that taking great care of employees leads to exceptional service for clients. By striving to provide employees with the best compensation and benefits possible, Eagle Cleaning has fostered a team known for its loyalty, dedication, and commitment to its customers.

When he’s not in the office or meeting with clients, Jeff enjoys golfing, biking, and skiing. He also loves relaxing at the Cape and spending time with his family and dogs, Dexter and Evie.



Fun fact about Jeff: He shot 65 in golf - and can juggle!
