Our team of field managers is second to none – being responsive to clients’ needs and working with our cleaning staff to ensure the highest level of quality control. Meet Our Team

President & CEO

Jeff Johnson founded Eagle Cleaning in 2001 after having worked as the Director of Business Development for a regional Facility Management Company. He previously worked in sales and management roles with Pfizer and Walt Disney.

Jeff loves the day-to-day challenges associated with growing and improving Eagle and he works closely with his management team. Jeff has created an employee driven company providing his staff the highest level of compensation and benefits as possible. This has created tremendous loyalty and dedication to every client.

His simple philosophy – “Happy Employees = Happy Customers!”

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Marketing) from Nichols College. He serves on many Boards and is proud of his affiliations with the American Red Cross, March of Dimes, Habitat for Humanity, Seven Hills Foundation, Worcester Food Bank and WARL.

When Jeff’s not in the office or out meeting with clients, he likes to golf, bike and ski and he loves spending time relaxing at the Cape with his family and dog Dexter.

Fun fact about Jeff: Rides a motorcycle and can juggle.

Tiago FonsecaTiago Fonseca

Director of Operations

Tiago joined the Eagle team in April of 2013. He oversees all field operations and leads a team of our cleaning staff. Tiago is someone who truly enjoys his job and is fully committed to making sure every client is satisfied with the service Eagle provides.

Tiago grew up in Brazil and is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish! Before joining Eagle, he worked in the cleaning industry for several years, preceded by several years in the health care services industry.

When Tiago is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two young daughters. He enjoys soccer (both watching and playing) and is especially fond of summer because he loves to grill.

Fun fact about Tiago: He loves to cook and is especially proud of his grilled steaks.

Tracy MosherTracy Johnson

Director of Business Development and Human Resources

Tracy joined the Eagle management team in February, 2022. She previously worked 22 years at FreedomCad as a Senior PCB Designer. Tracy grew up in Chelmsford, MA, has two daughters and is the youngest of five kids. She graduated honors at West Virginia Wesleyan College majoring in Business Marketing.

Tracy oversees Customer Service, Business Development, Human Resources and works closely with our Operation’s team. She is excited to help Eagle get to the next level!

Tracy loves fitness and cooking.

Camillo FariasCamillo Farias

Operations Manager

Camillo started working with Eagle Cleaning in 2004, at the age of 16, as a cleaner. It was his very first job and he’s been a key employee ever since. In April 2010 he became an Account Supervisor for Nichols College, one of our flagship accounts. It was an easy decision in March of 2021 to offer Camillo the Operations Manager position. His level of dedication, commitment and enthusiasm is second to none. He is a true professional who understands the importance of delivering superior cleaning and building strong relationships with clients. Camillo is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.

Camillo is originally from Brazil and looks forward to returning to visit his family each year at Christmas. In his free time, Camillo enjoys trying new restaurants with his wife and spending quality time with his daughter. He also loves going to the lake to ride his jet ski during the summer months.

Fun fact about Camillo: He loves to sing and many of his friends think he is extremely talented!

Melissa TremblayMelissa Tremblay

Office Manager

Every office needs that one person who has incredible attention to detail and is willing to do just about anything to make the company successful. At Eagle, that person is Melissa! She handles all of our daily accounting and financial tasks as well as a multitude of other administrative responsibilities, and she does it all with a positive, can-do attitude.

Before joining the Eagle team, Melissa, who has an Associate’s Degree in Accounting from Salter College, worked as an Accounting and Human Resources Specialist in the manufacturing industry.

In her free time, Melissa enjoys spending time with her family (which includes her husband, Four Children and 2 grandsons) as well as camping, boating and going to the beach.

Fun fact about Melissa: She has a sweet tooth, especially for white chocolate and any kind of cupcake.

Lane MacielLane Maciel

Account Supervisor

Lane joined the Eagle Team in December 2019 as an Account Supervisor for Seven Hills Pediatric Center. She oversees the entire cleaning staff for the facility including hiring, payroll and training. To maintain the level of cleanliness at the facility requires a keen eye for detail on many levels. She is committed to excellence in sanitation and takes pride in providing the best service possible. Before joining Eagle, Lane spent over 20 years working as Housekeeping Supervisor in the healthcare industry.

Lane is from Brazil and speaks English, Portuguese and Spanish. In Brazil she graduated with a degree in Communication Social, Public Relations and Education. In Brazil she worked as an Account Manager at a Itau Bank, and a Principal to a private school. When Lane is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, kids and grandkids and her “teacup yorkies” Bella and Chloe and barbecuing with friends and family. She is very devoted to her religious community where she volunteers and is a communion minister.

Fun fact about Lane: She enjoys taking her family to the beach.

Eliel FernandesEliel Fernandes

Director of Special Projects

Eliel has been an integral member of the Eagle Cleaning staff for many years. As head of our Special Projects Team, Eliel oversees all projects within the company including floor refinishing, carpet cleaning, post-construction cleaning and detailed cleaning. He travels to several clients each week (often at night and on the weekends) supervising each project and providing training to our staff when needed.

Prior to joining Eagle Cleaning, Eliel owned and operated a commercial cleaning company in Brazil. When Eliel is not working, he enjoys watching soccer matches on tv. He also enjoys fishing in his spare time.

Fun fact about Eliel: He enjoys gardening and grows all kinds of vegetables.

Eunice AndradeEunice Andrade

Account Supervisor

Eunice joined the Eagle Team in December of 2013 as an Account Supervisor for Groton School. She supervises the cleaning staff on campus and manages the daily tasks and special event requirements. Before joining Eagle, Eunice spent over 11 years working as a cleaning supervisor for biotech companies where she focused on cleanroom biodecontamination procedures.

Eunice is proud to be a member of the Eagle Cleaning team and she takes great pride in her work, always focusing on quality and client satisfaction. She is from Brazil and speaks fluent English, Portuguese and Spanish.

In her free time, Eunice enjoys taking her Jack Russell terrier on nature walks. She enjoys photographing nature and especially loves capturing the change of seasons in New England.

Fun fact about Eunice: She loves to paint (inside homes) and experiment with different color combinations.
