Jeff Johnson

President & CEO


Jeff Johnson founded Eagle Cleaning in 2001 after having worked as the Director of Business Development for a regional Facility Management Company. He previously worked in sales and management roles with Pfizer and Walt Disney.


Jeff loves the day-to-day challenges associated with growing and improving Eagle and he works closely with his management team. Jeff has created an employee driven company providing his staff the highest level of compensation and benefits as possible. This has created tremendous loyalty and dedication to every client. His simple philosophy – “Happy Employees = Happy Customers!”


Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Marketing) from Nichols College. He serves on many Boards and is proud of his affiliations with the American Red Cross, March of Dimes, Habitat for Humanity, Seven Hills Foundation, Worcester Food Bank and WARL.


When Jeff’s not in the office or out meeting with clients, he likes to golf, bike and ski and he loves spending time relaxing at the Cape with his family and dog Dexter.


Fun fact about Jeff: Rides a motorcycle and can juggle.
